Senior Consultant - Epic Principal Trainer - Remote

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform consulting and administrative services for Epic projects
• Apply technical expertise to resolve client system issues
• Mentor client's project teams in strategy
• Track and document project risks and issues
• Analyze and document workflows for optimization
• Collaborate with project leadership in documentation and facilitation
• Lead meetings on project status and coordination
• Attend corporate functions as a company representative

Qualifications

• Epic certification required
• Minimum two years as Epic Principal Trainer or Instructional Designer
• Multiple Epic certifications preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized and adaptable

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
