Senior Consultant - Epic - Patient Access

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Consultant - Epic - Patient Access to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This remote consulting role will focus on improving patient access and revenue cycle performance within healthcare environments. You will help shape Epic configuration, testing, and workflow optimization efforts that support registration, eligibility, referrals, and authorization processes. The work will require close partnership with client IT and operational teams to drive efficient front-end workflows and successful implementation milestones. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization. Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities. Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping. Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals. Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation. Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes. Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing. Qualifications Epic Prelude certification required. Hands-on Epic RTE experience required. Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization. Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
