Senior Consultant - Epic Lumens Analyst - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Consultant - Epic Lumens Analyst - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This remote consulting role will support healthcare clients with system analysis, workflow documentation, and issue resolution. The position will partner closely with project leadership and client stakeholders to guide build decisions, coordinate project activities, and help keep implementations on track. It is well suited for an experienced healthcare technology professional who can mentor project teams and contribute to successful client outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Perform consulting and administrative tasks for clients related to healthcare systems Apply technical expertise to identify and resolve client system issues Mentor client project teams on strategy and system build Track and document project risks and issues Analyze and document client workflows Work closely with project leadership on documentation and facilitation Lead meetings to discuss project status and coordination Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with healthcare technology systems At least 1 current relevant certification in a clinical or specialty module Project management experience preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks Self-starter with a strong work ethic Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others Benefits Opportunity to work on diverse, challenging projects Potential for professional development through training and mentoring Ability to influence and drive project success for clients Networking opportunities at corporate functions and events Collaboration with a dynamic team of consultants Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
