Senior Consultant - Epic Home Health/Hospice Analyst - Remote

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic consulting and administrative services for clients
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client system build issues
• Mentor client project teams in system strategy
• Track and document project risks and issues
• Analyze and document workflows for optimization
• Work with project leadership to support documentation and facilitation
• Lead meetings to discuss project status and coordinate work

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience using Epic systems
• At least 1 current Epic certification (Home Health, Hospice, Dorothy, Comfort)
• Experience with project management preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task effectively

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
