About the role
The firm is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the team. The role focuses on helping clients drive competitive advantage through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making, with a specialization in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize revenue growth, trade promotions, and go-to-market effectiveness
- Lead and support client engagements in commercial planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Utilize RGM analytics to provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and product portfolio strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business strategy with IT solutions
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-impact solutions
- Work in a collaborative team environment, leveraging creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative and forward-thinking strategies
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on commercial strategy and execution
- Broad experience across strategy, business operations, and IT, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies
- Strong expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
- High level of curiosity and passion for helping clients build competitive advantage
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box
- Strong collaboration and teaming abilities, with a proven track record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CRM, or similar
- Experience with Salesforce Force Effectiveness, Trade Promotions Management, and Revenue Growth Management
