Senior Consultant | Cloud Platform | Google Cloud - Architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise Conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX.
• Define architecture, design standards, reusable frameworks, and development best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams on Dialogflow CX, GECX Playbooks, and Google AI services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in related field.
• Bachelor's or Master of Engineering degree.
• Must have skills: Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) Dialogflow CX Conversational AI Platform Design.
• Nice to have skills: GECX development.
