Senior Consultant, Client Success

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Consultant, Client Success to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, strong adoption, and measurable success across the client lifecycle. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights, business communication skills, and cross-functional coordination to help clients realize value from solutions and services. This position also plays an important role in strengthening stakeholder relationships, supporting operational goals, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall client experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,300 – $204,100 annually Responsibilities Oversee implementation of new products, coordinating with client and internal teams for expedited readiness Ensure client operational goals and success metrics are understood and met Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders through proactive Client Success Plans Drive initiatives to improve client adoption of products and self-service tools Stay updated on market trends and solutions to enhance client experience and generate sales leads Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as an MBA or JD, or 2+ years with a PhD Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations Ability to communicate complex technical terms in business language tailored to clients Proven track record of achieving results as part of a global team across time zones Experience in the payment industry, including trends and regulatory environments Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA) Life insurance and wellness programs Paid time off for work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
