Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality work while building strong client relationships and fostering effective team collaboration.
  • Develop a broad understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), financial and management reporting, ERP-enabled process optimization, and FP&A improvements.
  • Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as your technical expertise and experience grow.
  • Support and lead engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Trintech Cadency.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Working knowledge of Trintech Cadency.
