Senior Consultant, Back Office
The Role
As a Senior Back Office Consultant at Ridgeline, you will lead end-to-end functional implementations of our enterprise cloud software for investment management customers. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients—designing, configuring, and deploying workflows that span the full investment lifecycle, with a focus on back office transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
- 4+ years of investment management software implementation experience in a customer-facing role
- Deep knowledge of portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and investment reporting workflows
- Understanding of asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX
- Experience with customer training, escalations, and solution delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies quickly
- High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace
- Serious interest in having fun at work
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations
- Familiarity with Agile principles and SDLC
- Exposure to tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, and Kantata
- Knowledge of APIs, AWS, and serverless technologies
- CFA designation
Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a typical starting salary range of $104,000 - $130,000 OTE, with a higher range in select locations. Our benefits include unlimited vacation, educational and wellness reimbursements, and $0 cost employee insurance plans.
