Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial accounting analyses including general ledger review, journal entries, account reconciliations, and evaluation of financial statements under U.S. GAAP
- Identify accounting issues, reporting risks, and control gaps, and assist in developing practical remediation recommendations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes as part of client advisory engagements
- Perform financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, including quality of earnings and financial statement analysis
- Support forensic, fraud, and litigation-related engagements as needed, including documentation and analytical support
- Prepare clear, well-documented workpapers and client-ready deliverables
- Collaborate with engagement teams and participate in client meetings to present findings and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required or CPA-eligible, with active progress
- 3+ years of professional services experience primarily focused on financial accounting, with additional exposure to due diligence, forensic accounting, fraud, or litigation support
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; data analytics experience a plus
Compensation
$90,000 - $130,000 + Bonus programs
