About the role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Adversary Services (Red Team) to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting advanced security assessments and developing strategies to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in complex IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Conducting red team exercises to simulate cyber attacks and assess security posture
- Developing and implementing security strategies to protect against emerging threats
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security measures
- Writing technical reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Staying current with the latest security trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
- Proven experience in conducting red team operations and developing security strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience with penetration testing and ethical hacking
- Knowledge of common attack vectors and countermeasures
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience with security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, CIS)
- Passion for staying updated with the latest security practices and technologies
Skills
- Technical proficiency in network security, web application security, and cloud security
- Experience with security tools and platforms (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit, Splunk)
- Ability to analyze and interpret security data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
