Senior Construction Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project compliance.
• Manage material procurement and oversee on-site construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
