Senior Construction Site-Project Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning and start-up activities on-site with guidance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and distributors for assigned projects, escalating challenges to senior team members.
• Lead and coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources under supervision.
• Provide technical guidance on Kohler emergency generator products with assistance.
• Collaborate with contractors and distributors to optimize Kohler generator solutions.
• Efficiently coordinate activities involving third-party vendors.
• Avoid project-related issues and challenges.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or Industry Apprenticeship (i.e. Electrician Apprenticeship or industry adjacent) or equivalent 3-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three to five years' experience in project management or site commissioning product lines of similar technical complexity.
• Field Service experience in the testing and installation of generators.
• Electrical power, electrician, generator, or reciprocating engine experience desired.
• Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects.
