About the role
As a Senior Construction Scheduler at Crusoe, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure critical to Crusoe’s mission. This position will ensure accurate, timely scheduling and forecasting of project timelines using Primavera P6 across our data center developments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive construction project schedules using Primavera P6 for Crusoe’s hyperscale data center initiatives
- Collaborate with development, construction, engineering, and operations teams to maintain milestone programs and ensure alignment with overall project goals
- Perform schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning
- Lead critical path and near-critical path reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
- Generate schedule reports and support project controls team with analytics and forecast updates
- Coordinate scope alignment with trades and internal and external teams to ensure schedule accuracy
- Provide recovery plans and corrective action guidance when delays or risks are identified
- Track schedule deliverables, dependencies, facilitate schedule review meetings, and provide what-if scenario analysis
- Support reporting requirements for leadership, clients, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate contractor performance against schedule
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project on large-scale construction projects
- Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred
- Familiarity with float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills; ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear concise updates for internal and external stakeholders and leadership
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
- Certifications such as PMP, PSP (AACE), or CMMA a plus

Pay
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $165,000-$210,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
