Senior Construction Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop & mentor Site Quality Managers.
• Review drawing and specification sets during project pursuits and for committed projects across multiple regions.
• Be a presenter in interviews and business development meetings.
• Provide in-field quality support.
• Create scopes for and manage third-party testing and commissioning agent contracts.
• Train and mentor other MEP.
• Lead the development of corporate-level programs.
• Affiliate with the development of corporate-level best practices and initiatives.
• Project-level leadership or engagement with the client and client SMEs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of construction industry (industrial or large scale commercial) quality management experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects in excess of $75 million.
• Experience in Federal projects a plus.
• Will be required to pass OSHA 30 class.
• Will be required to attend Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) course.
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Functions effectively as part of a team.
• Dependability.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Time management skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• BIM360 experience preferred, but not required.
