Responsibilities
- Develop & mentor Site Quality Managers.
- Review drawing and specification sets during project pursuits and for committed projects across multiple regions.
- Be a presenter in interviews and business development meetings.
- Provide in-field quality support.
- Create scopes for and manage third-party testing and commissioning agent contracts.
- Train and mentor other MEP.
- Lead the development of corporate-level programs.
- Affiliate with the development of corporate-level best practices and initiatives.
- Project-level leadership or engagement with the client and client SMEs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of construction industry (industrial or large scale commercial) quality management experience.
- Proven ability to manage projects in excess of $75 million.
- Experience in Federal projects a plus.
- Will be required to pass OSHA 30 class.
- Will be required to attend Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) course.
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Functions effectively as part of a team.
- Dependability.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Time management skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications.
- BIM360 experience preferred, but not required.
