Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from kickoff to closeout
• Develop project schedules and budgets
• Cook up logistics, coordinate vendors, and expedite materials
• Oversee site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project teams
• Prepare project status reports and mentor project staff

Requirements

• Experience managing commercial construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and construction operations
• Experience with material expediting and vendor coordination
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• PREFERRED: Experience with sports facilities, athletic surfacing, or civil infrastructure projects
• GENERAL CONTRACTOR or BUILDING CONTRACTOR license
