What You'll Do
- Manage daily FTTH construction operations, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Oversee contractors and ensure compliance with project plans and permitting requirements.
- Track project progress, materials, budgets, and reporting.
- Cook up coordination of Make Ready activities, utility locates, and field operations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of telecom or cable construction experience.
- Previous project management or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of FTTH, GPON/EPON networks, and Make Ready processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Being local to Detroit, MI, is preferred.
