About the role
Lead construction projects from conception to completion, overseeing all aspects including design, budget, timeline, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Manage teams of contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee safety protocols and compliance
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure project milestones are met
- Prepare and present project reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
