Senior Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of high value commercial construction projects ($50M–$100M+) across DFW, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to deliver profitable projects on time and within scope. Manage master project schedules and adjust timelines as needed to maintain momentum and mitigate risk.
  • Cook up and maintain productive relationships with trade partners and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure consistent communication, transparency, and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and support business development efforts, including client presentations, RFP responses, and regional growth strategies.
  • Proactively manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including OSHA and local codes.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth across all levels.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Deep understanding of commercial construction methodologies, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, high value builds on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management
  • Experience with projects exceeding $50M+ in value
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
