Responsibilities
- Align projects with broader business goals, anticipate risks, and make decisions that support long-term organizational strategy.
- Guides cross-functional teams, mentors junior project managers, and creates accountability while keeping teams motivated.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve issues.
- Communicates effectively with executives, clients, and team members; manages expectations and resolves conflicts diplomatically.
- Keen attention to detail for ensuring quality and compliance.
- Oversees complex project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Foster teamwork and communication.
- Identifies potential issues early, mitigates risks, and adapts plans quickly when challenges arise.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Experience: 5-7 Years as Project Manager (focus on building electrical and integrated low voltage systems)
- Fire Alarms/Security and Camera Systems
- Building Automation and Management Systems
- Commissioning and other Auxiliary low voltage systems
