Responsibilities

  • Align projects with broader business goals, anticipate risks, and make decisions that support long-term organizational strategy.
  • Guides cross-functional teams, mentors junior project managers, and creates accountability while keeping teams motivated.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Communicates effectively with executives, clients, and team members; manages expectations and resolves conflicts diplomatically.
  • Keen attention to detail for ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Oversees complex project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Foster teamwork and communication.
  • Identifies potential issues early, mitigates risks, and adapts plans quickly when challenges arise.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • Experience: 5-7 Years as Project Manager (focus on building electrical and integrated low voltage systems)
  • Fire Alarms/Security and Camera Systems
  • Building Automation and Management Systems
  • Commissioning and other Auxiliary low voltage systems

  • Sick Leave: 5 Days (40 Hours)
  • Vacation: 15 Days (120 Hours)

  • Incoming Growth Units: 10Growth Unit allotment may increase over time.
