Position Title: Senior Construction Manager Location: Holly Ridge, LA Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $76.00/hourPosition Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee data center construction projects in Holly Ridge, LA. This role involves managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on safety, technical excellence, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and serve as the primary on-site liaison for clients. Your leadership will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.Top Requirements:High School Diploma or GED (required)8+ years of supervisory experience in large-scale data center or structured cabling construction projectsProven experience managing dispersed field teams (100+ technicians), including union and nonunion crewsStrong knowledge of data center connectivity, ISP, fiber construction, and telecom infrastructureExperience with construction safety regulations and best practices (OSHA, NEBS, ANSI/TIA, BICSI)Deep technical expertise in low voltage systems, fiber optics, structured cabling, and commissioning processesProficiency with construction management software and digital tools (MS Office, Bluebeam, project scheduling platforms)Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and complex project schedulesCertification preferences: OSHA30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months), BICSI Technician and RCDDAbout Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm; we are a trusted career partner.
