Senior Construction Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a similar field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading construction projects of increasing complexity (7-10 years preferred)
• Data Center experience is a plus
• Multi-prime or alternate procurement delivery experience is preferred
• Procore, Cx Alloy, and P6 experience preferred
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is required

Expected travel is 10% but may grow and evolve over time.
