About the role

The Senior Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of construction practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, design, execution, and completion
  • Manage budgets and schedules to ensure projects stay within financial and time constraints
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues and make informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and support project success
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present project reports to clients and management teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant construction management experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Pay
