About the role
Lead retaining wall, foundation, and construction engineering projects throughout Virginia while mentoring engineers and helping grow an expanding practice.Responsibilities
- Lead construction engineering projects from field issue through resolution.
- Become a trusted resource for clients and contractors.
- Mentor junior engineers and inspectors.
- Help expand Legacy's construction engineering capabilities.
- Play a key role in growing client relationships.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Engineer’s license preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with construction engineering software.
Skills
- Project management.

- Technical writing and reporting.
- Geotechnical analysis.
- Construction materials testing and inspection.

Pay
$135,000 to $160,000 /annually, commensurate with experience, education and certifications.
