This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. Responsibilities

• Create leading-edge concept work from storyboards to refined creative executions
• Oversee creative development across various platforms including broadcast and digital
• Lead and collaborate with diverse creative teams, fostering purpose and transparency
• Direct the creation of visual toolkits and frameworks for consistent execution
• Advance motion design skills while adapting to new tools and production workflows
• Support live-action production through creative development and execution phases
• Prepare and present strategic creative briefs to stakeholders and senior leadership

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level concept development and polished design execution
• Proven ability to turn strategic goals into compelling visual concepts
• Experience in developing creative from initial exploration to final execution
• Strong understanding of visual principles such as composition, typography, and color
• Ability to work across multiple creative disciplines, including design and animation
• Effective collaboration skills with creative teams and external partners
• Well-developed communication skills for presenting creative concepts clearly

Pay

$112,700 – $154,800 annually
