About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and senior leadership to align compensation programs with talent attraction and business outcomes
- Oversee the annual compensation planning process, including merit cycles and promotions
- Design and maintain role classification and market benchmarking
- Manage and forecast the global equity program, ensuring effective pool planning and expansion
- Maintain and refresh the company's compensation philosophy for all roles
- Contribute to job architecture and other people operations initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation at a software company
- Experience building scalable compensation programs in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Strong business acumen to drive outcomes over academic structure
- Proficiency in using compensation survey tools (i.e., Radford)
- Effective executive communication skills for presenting complex topics clearly
