Two Senior Human Resources Consultant positions are open within the Compensation team. While each has a unique emphasis—one on compensation data, market analysis, salary surveys, and compensation technology, the other on classification, job evaluation, job architecture, and compensation consulting—both share a common compensation foundation and collaborate closely.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic compensation consultation and recommendations to leaders, HR professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced compensation analyses, market benchmarking, and workforce analytics to support organizational decision making.
  • Participate in salary survey administration, job matching, market pricing, and interpretation of external labor market data.
  • Conduct position reviews, job evaluations, and classification analyses as assigned.
  • Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of compensation programs, salary structures, and job architecture initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for compensation-related systems, reporting, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, finance, benefits, information technology, and other partners on compensation initiatives and data integrity efforts.
  • Lead or participate in compensation-related projects, technology implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training, resources, and guidance related to compensation programs, policies, and practices.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in compensation administration, classification, salary surveys, market pricing, or workforce analytics.
  • Experience supporting large, complex organizations or multi-unit environments.
  • Professional certification such as CCP, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR.

Pay

$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
