Job Duties

  • Apply advanced compensation concepts to support the organization’s compensation programs.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to design, analyze, and optimize compensation programs.
  • Ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market trends and the organization’s mission.
  • Support the administration of wage programs and perform job classification analysis.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on a wide variety of compensation strategies and labor issues.
  • Perform benchmarking market data and serve as a project team member.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in compensation analysis and program design.
  • Advanced knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining processes.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $95,400 to $208,300 annually.
