Job Duties
- Apply advanced compensation concepts to support the organization’s compensation programs.
- Partner closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to design, analyze, and optimize compensation programs.
- Ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market trends and the organization’s mission.
- Support the administration of wage programs and perform job classification analysis.
- Provide consultation and guidance on a wide variety of compensation strategies and labor issues.
- Perform benchmarking market data and serve as a project team member.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in compensation analysis and program design.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining processes.
Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $95,400 to $208,300 annually.
