What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain compensation models.
- Lead compensation analytics.
- Create and maintain compensation trackers, dashboards, and budgets.
- Support annual merit, promotion, and variable/incentive compensation cycles.
- Administer broad-based compensation.
- Partner cross-functionally.
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of compensation experience.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, Compensation Data, and benchmarking tools.
- Fluency with AI tools and a bias for automating analytical work.
- Clear communication — you turn complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Sharp attention to detail, sound judgment with sensitive data, and strong ownership.
Compensation
The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
Base Pay Range
Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $136,000—$160,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $120,000—$141,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $106,000—$125,000 USD
