Senior Companionship & Care Aide

About the role

Papa is a service that connects caring individuals with older adults and families who need non‑medical support with everyday tasks and companionship. As a Papa Pal you choose when and whether to accept visits, providing support that improves people’s lives while maintaining control over your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Transportation – provide rides to local destinations.
• Non‑medical companionship – engage in conversation, go for walks, play games, or spend quality time.
• In‑home support – assist with light tasks such as tidying, laundry, meal preparation, and other non‑medical duties.
• Errands – accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick‑ups, and similar outings.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Completion of a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer) with active auto insurance that meets platform requirements.

Pay

Compensation is up to $22 per hour, varying by visit type and location; typical earnings range from $13 to $17 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities. Earnings are subject to availability and eligibility.

Papa Pal positions are engaged as independent contractors; you choose when and whether to accept visits and are not employees of Papa, Inc.
