THE MISSION
As the Communications Network SME, you're the technical backbone of the Joint Task Force Headquarters Element. You'll architect, implement, and optimize the secure communications systems that keep our joint forces connected across the globe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of recent experience in communications network engineering or secure enclave management at enterprise scale
• Proven expertise in designing, integrating, and managing complex secure network infrastructures
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols and secure communications standards (TLS, IPSec)
• Enterprise-grade cybersecurity principles and implementation experience
• Strong technical policy and documentation development capabilities
• Expert-level analytical, troubleshooting, and incident management skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or specialized certifications (CISSP, CCNP Security, CISA, GIAC Security Leadership)
• Experience supporting mission-critical communications in defense, intelligence, or government settings
• Familiarity with classified or highly regulated environments and secure enclave technologies
• Strategic planning and technology roadmapping experience on large-scale IT projects
• Training or mentoring experience in technical domains

Pay

$114,000 - $135,000 per year plus benefits
