About the role

Responsible for managing all internal and external communications strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Oversee the development and execution of communication plans, including press releases, social media campaigns, and public relations initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage media relations, including pitching stories to journalists and responding to media inquiries.
  • Oversee social media management, including content creation and community engagement.
  • Coordinate public relations activities such as press conferences and events.
  • Work closely with marketing and advertising teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results-driven approach.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating compelling copy for various mediums.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is preferred.
