Senior Commissioning Agent - Data Center (Travel Required)

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily commissioning activities with precision and accountability
- Conduct thorough pre-functional and functional testing to validate system integrity
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Champion quality and reliability to help secure repeat business from satisfied partners
Qualifications
- You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others, having ownership in the work you do, using your talents to positively affect communities.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- 8+ years of experience in commissioning
- Strong knowledge base of Pre Functional and Functional Commissioning
- Ability to lead projects and self-starter to take on a variety of tasks to best serve the client and their project work
- Ability to work with marketing and business development to gain new clients
- Investigation and troubleshooting of problems to find solutions
- Construction experience
Benefits
The typical annual salary range for this role is $117,000—$210,000 USD. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance-based bonus and merit increases. Full-time employees will receive our traditional benefits package (health care, vision, dental, paid time off, etc.) and the opportunity to participate in a bonus system that rewards performance.
