Responsibilities
- CRM build out for current needs with an eye on long term scalability.
- Assessment and ownership of the broader commercial tech stack.
- Responsibility for data integrity across platforms, setting best practices & driving compliance.
- Manage the quote to cash process by processing incoming orders while setting up systems for scalability with the customer at front of mind.
- Facilitate and ensure revenue reconciliation in partnership with finance.
- Develop long term build schedule based on a data informed forecast for instruments & consumables.
- Partner with Scientific Operations to prioritize existing & incoming customer projects, ensure we are billing at the appropriate time by working with finance.
- Work with Manufacturing to develop long term build schedule based on a data informed forecast for instruments & consumables.
- Ensure customer satisfaction surveys, both tNPS and rNPS, are developed & executed.
- Develop & execute impactful analytics & reporting to deliver insights, identify process gaps early & facilitate mitigation planning across the full commercial cycle from early lead generation through revenue.
- Facilitate documentation and submissions of Tenders & Grants.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Business, Finance, Statistics or related field.
- 3+ years supporting Commercial teams in analytics / operations, ideally in the Biotech Tools space.
- Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite and related reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on insights and outcomes.
- Comfortable working with individuals at varying skill levels and backgrounds adapting communication style and content as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task to execute effectively and meet deadlines while focusing on team success.
- Flourishes in a highly dynamic and small company environment.
Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 130,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Headquarters)
