About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing commercial accounts within the insurance sector, focusing on the needs of clients in the transportation and M&A markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow client portfolios.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales.
- Experience in transportation and/or M&A markets is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Skills
