Senior Commercial HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and start up commercial HVAC equipment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service
• Identify potential system upgrades or service opportunities
• Cook with dispatch and service leadership to complete assigned work
• Accurately document service activities and reports
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians
• Respond to emergency service needs and occasional extended hours

Qualifications

• S2 license (or equivalent experience) and EPA Universal certification
• Minimum 10 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, furnaces, heat pumps, and VRF systems
• Familiarity with AAON units and basic controls systems
• Valid driver's license and clean background check eligibility
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and working at heights
