Shift: Monday – Friday, 5 am – 4 pm (some rotation of on-call shifts, nights, and weekends)
Hourly Rate: $35–$50 (DOE)
Location: 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103, Tempe, AZ 85282. Travel across the greater Phoenix area required.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a drug test and motor-vehicle history check
- Able to speak English for safety reasons
- Own tool kit
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- 5+ years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for rooftop units, humidifiers, packaged air conditioners, refrigerated air dryers, and control systems
- Work with chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, condensers/chilled water pumps, and exhaust fans
- Service variable-frequency drives, computer-room AC equipment, air-handling/fan-coil units, and air compressors
- Install commercial HVAC units
- Train and mentor apprentices
- Additional duties as required
