Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems
• Specialize in the service and maintenance of boilers and chillers
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent system failures and extend equipment life
• Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Handle all aspects of the job from start to finish, including documentation and customer communication
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed

Requirements

• Mechanical License: A valid and current mechanical license preferred, but not required
• EPA Certification: You must hold a valid EPA Universal certification
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with both boilers and chillers is mandatory. Please be prepared to provide details of your experience during the interview process
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
