Senior Commercial Counsel - Technology Services
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $180-200k
About the role
Serve as a key legal partner, advising on complex services and solutions transactions including DaaS, IaaS, Managed Services, and Industry Solutions. Manage the legal workstream, supporting negotiations, resolving contractual issues, and coordinating with stakeholders through contract execution. Develop understanding of existing contractual commitments for customers and provide legal support for new service development. Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and subject matter experts across multiple regions including the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise technology services or managed services agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk frameworks.
Requirements
- J.D. Degree with 12+ years of experience in negotiating complex multi-country services contracts within the IT or Telecommunications sector.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering with sales and commercial teams in a deal-driven environment, with a solid understanding of profitability drivers and legal risk management.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global organization involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
