About the role

Negotiate and close commercial agreements across India and South East Asia. Lead negotiations with Indian customers, including regulated sectors like BFSI. Deliver practical legal guidance to internal business teams on risk trade-offs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of law firm and/or in-house commercial transactional experience
• Deep expertise navigating India's legal and regulatory landscape
• Strong familiarity negotiating SaaS contracts and related privacy, security, and AI terms

Nice to have

• Conversational Hindi or Tamil
• Proficiency in another South East Asian language
