What You'll Do
Walk active commercial construction job sites daily
Identify issues, conflicts, and sequencing problems before they impact production
Work directly with field crews and subcontractors to solve problems quickly
Ensure work is complete, correct, and ready for the next phase
Improve trade coordination and workflow across active projects
Hold crews accountable for quality, readiness, and execution
Verify field conditions, progress, and site organization
Communicate clearly with leadership about actual job-site conditions and project status
Help maintain project momentum by proactively addressing field issues before they become costly delays
What This Role Is Not
This is not a desk-only management role
This is not just updating schedules or sending emails
This is not remote oversight from behind a computer
This is not a coordinator position without field involvement
What You Bring
Strong hands-on commercial construction experience across multiple trades
The ability to walk a site and immediately recognize what is wrong, missing, or out of sequence
Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, and job-site workflow
Confidence to speak up, make decisions, and keep work moving
Strong follow-through and accountability
Clear communication with crews, subcontractors, and leadership
Able to stay organized and manage multiple active job sites

Compensation
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
