Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment (hot- and cold-side)
- Work on ovens, fryers, griddles, refrigeration units, dish machines, and more
- Perform electrical, gas and sealed system diagnostics and repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and leadership
- Help shape SOPs, tools, service packages, and workflows for the commercial division
- Represent Affordable Appliance Repair professionally on every job
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial appliance repair experience
- Strong knowledge of: Refrigeration systems (sealed systems, compressors, TXVs), Hot-side equipment (gas and electric), Electrical schematics and gas diagrams
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
