Senior CNO Developer

About the role

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior CNO Developer to design, develop, document, test, debug, and maintain hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of CNO capabilities, ensuring compliance with security concepts and network standards.
• Communicate project status with leadership and customers.
• Apply software standards consistently across projects.
• Supervise and mentor subordinate project staff and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) team members.
• Take direction from senior personnel.
• Collaborate with other CNO Developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 11+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 7+ years OR PhD with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
• Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile, Network devices).
• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in an IT-related discipline.
• 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
