About the role

The Senior CNC Process Engineer, Advanced Polymers is responsible for developing and optimizing CNC processes for advanced polymer materials. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, process improvement, and material science.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNC machining processes for advanced polymers
• Optimize CNC processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes into production
• Conduct research and development on new materials and processes
• Train and mentor junior engineers in CNC process development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC engineering or related field
• Experience with advanced polymers and CNC machining
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
