Senior Cloud Software Engineer

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Cloud Software Engineer to lead the development of GPU service platforms for deep learning and AI in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement SDKs and CLIs to interact with Cloud GPU Services.
• Engage with partners, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams globally to define requirements and implement solutions and improvements of new/existing products.
• Lead the underlying technology stack and implementation methodology.
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and integration testing.
• Drive performance tuning, usability improvements, and test automation.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on CLI/SDK tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience developing Python client code that works across Windows, Linux, and Mac.
• Experience with RESTful web services.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Showcase relevant experience with cloud platforms.
• Open-source projects contribution.
• Deliver complex projects in previous roles.
• Experience with Code generation capability.

Benefits

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
