In this work, you will help employers solve complex problems and bring real value through hands-on expertise in cloud network engineering, edge security, load balancing, and network operations across a global enterprise cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and strategic leadership for highly available, scalable network infrastructure spanning edge networking, caching, global backbone, data center networking, load balancing, and network security across public and private clouds
• Lead support and troubleshooting of availability, performance, product, and infrastructure issues within production environments
• Collaborate closely with cloud engineering, SRE, support, and product teams to resolve customer-impacting issues on time
• Implement automated configuration and deployment processes and develop infrastructure as code across public and private clouds using industry best practices
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of network infrastructure using rich telemetry data

Requirements

• Solid foundation in routing, switching, security, and load balancing, with fluency in Azure cloud networking and protocols including BGP, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, and HTTP across globally distributed networks
• Demonstrable experience operating multi-regional environments with Azure Virtual WAN, Application Gateway, NAT Gateway, VNet Peering, Azure Firewall Premium, NSG/ASG, Traffic Manager, and Front Door, ideally at global scale
• Expert knowledge of load balancing technologies (Azure/AWS LB) and network edge security providers, with Cloudflare expertise required
• Proficiency in automation languages such as Python and Terraform, with experience in cloud security architectures and observability tools including commercial APM, ELK stack, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Strong program and project management skills, clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to balance availability, performance, scalability, and cost; Azure or AWS certifications are a bonus
