  • Implement, manage, and support Palo Alto Networks platforms, including next-generation firewalls, Panorama security policy management, and secure remote access solutions (e.g., Prisma Access / GlobalProtect).
  • Support cloud networking services and integrations, including connectivity for Azure workloads and SaaS platforms, and partner on cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident response for network and secure connectivity issues; partner with service desk, cloud, and security teams to resolve complex, high-impact incidents.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, diagrams, and runbooks; participate in change management, audits, and continuous improvement of network services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on enterprise experience supporting network and security infrastructure.
  • Palo Alto Networks certifications (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE), Cloud networking or security certifications (e.g., Azure-focused networking credentials), Industry security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).
  • Hands-on enterprise experience designing and supporting cloud and hybrid network environments.
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust networking principles and secure network architecture.
  • Experience administering enterprise network security platforms, preferably Palo Alto Networks technologies.
  • Experience supporting secure remote access solutions for large user populations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience operating in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
