Senior Cloud Engineer

About the role

Operate, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Provide operational system administration and deployment support across multi-cloud platforms. Configure, test, and implement capabilities within commercial and on-premises cloud environments. Manage compute, storage, networking, and platform services across multi-enclave cloud environments. Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation for cloud provisioning. Support DevSecOps pipelines by enabling automated deployment, integration, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Provide operational system administration and deployment support across multi-cloud platforms.
• Configure, test, and implement capabilities within commercial and on-premises cloud environments.
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and platform services across multi-enclave cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation for cloud provisioning.
• Support DevSecOps pipelines by enabling automated deployment, integration, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6-10 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cloud operations engineering or related field.
• Experience operating and maintaining cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience performing system administration in secure DoD or Federal environments.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
