Senior Cloud & DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines for automated environment provisioning.
• Builds and manages secure cloud environments, including scaling, backup, and cost optimization strategies.
• Integrates security controls into DevOps workflows and automates operational tasks.
• Implements monitoring and troubleshooting processes and resolves system or deployment issues.
• Continuously improves cloud architectures and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Seven (7) years in cloud or DevOps roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms, IaC tools, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and automation frameworks.
• Experience operating in secure or regulated environments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with container orchestration or large-scale enterprise systems.
• Prior NIH experience.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00–$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
