About the Opportunity

The Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer role is pivotal in bridging development and operations through infrastructure as code, automation, and systems maintenance. The position leads the modernization and scaling of cloud architecture, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role contributes to building a robust, scalable, and compliant cloud foundation supporting enterprise growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and communicate technical needs and progress.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code solutions using AWS and Azure.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of application infrastructure.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for timely issue resolution.
• Manage infrastructure projects from problem definition through implementation and documentation.
• Integrate security best practices into the infrastructure lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical procedures and architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and site reliability engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience with container orchestration tools such as AKS and EKS.
• Expertise in technologies including Github Actions, Azure Terraform Modules, Azure Landing Zones, Azure Networking, Azure App Insights, Azure FrontDoor, Azure PLDMC Services, and Azure Data Factory.
• Proven experience scaling platforms on Azure with knowledge of reference architectures.
• Experience fostering DevOps culture and collaboration between development and operations.
• Skilled in designing monitoring solutions for cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization via DevOps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and courtesy.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Preferred certifications: AZ-400, CKA, CKAD, Docker Certified Associate, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, and related security certifications with verifiable numbers.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, DataDog, and CloudWatch.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range from $160,000 to $200,000 depending on geography and experience. Equity and annual bonus included.
